7 Hang Power Cleans, 42.5kg (30kg)

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 42.5kg (30kg)

  2. I did the wod at home today. It was my first real workout since hurting my back 2 and half weeks ago so I eased into it and ended up stopping after 7rnds/14min. Just didn’t want to push the envelope too much and see how I pull up. Feeling great still so keen to keep uping the training again…..

  3. 72 for the day guys! Unreal numbers for such a horrible workout, I’ve only just recovered and it’s been about 3 hours since I’ve finished it haha well done to everyone today!
