“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10kg (6kg), 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg (25kg) (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg (25kg) (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

  2. Nice work Locky…excellent improvement since last time mate.

    Just to let everyone know I have hung a list of rooms for the hotel accommodation at regions in Wollongong 23rd to 27th May. I have already inserted the names of the people who have confirmed. Please feel free to put your name into a room. It will be on a first come first served basis. I do not need any money at this time. Once the rooms are full I will get one person from each room to call the hotel and provide CC details. Any questions please let me know.

    For those who have not been to a regional event it is well worth the experience, especially if we have a team in the competition.

  5. My WOD today was 13.5 straight hours of deliveries without a trolley. All those awesome CF squats are coming in handy.
