GET FIRED UP FOR THE CROSSFIT GAMES AND GET BEHING THE AUSSIES THIS WEEK GUYS!!

Complete 7 rounds of the complex for a max load effort:
3 High hang snatch
2 Hang snatch
1 Snatch

-Six continuous reps in total for each set, the only time the bar is lowered is on a touch and go rep for the full snatch.
-Rest as needed between sets.
