A REMINDER THAT COMP SQUAD WILL RUN TONIGHT AT 7PM TUESDAY THIS WEEK DUE TO ORIGIN.
4 Rounds each for time of:
Row max calories in 1min
Turkish get-ups, 22.5kg (15kg) dumbbell
Each round consists of 40 (35) reps, after the row make up the remaining reps with alternating TGU’s.
-Rest as needed between rounds.
Post load and time for each round to comments.
