A) In pairs complete the following,

Amrap in 15mins:
5 Clean and jerk, 70kg (50kg)
10 Burpee pull-ups

-Alternate rounds.

Rest 3mins then,

B) 12mins to find your 1RM:
Clean and jerk

-Any variation clean or jerk is acceptable.
