A) “Jackie”

50 Thrusters, 20kg Barbell
30 Pull-ups
B) “Beefed up Jackie”
For time:
Row 1km
50 Thrusters 50kg (35kg)
30 Weighted Pull-ups, 20kg (12.5kg) Dumbbell
*Attempt “Jackie” if you have either, never done it before or NOT completed it rxd. “Beefed up Jackie” is for experienced athletes that can or have already rx’d the normal version and looking for the extra challenge and variation.
