  1. Saturday s hotel wod . 15 min treadmill. Then 4 rounds 20 strict pull ups, 30 push ups 40 sit ups 50 squats. Rest 3 min between rounds.

    Monday s wod 12 min amrap 12 pistols 12 hollow rocks 12 22kg dumbbell swings . 8 rounds. 5 min treadmill. Then weights
