A) 20mins to find your 4RM:
Power clean

-Reps do NOT do have to be touch and go.

B) Choose ONE of the following that best suits your ability and perform,

As many reps as possible in 5mins of:
1) Muscle-ups
2) Weighted pull-ups, (select your load)
3) L-Pull-ups
4) Strict pull-ups

Post load and total reps with chosen option to comments.
