Hey guys, pretty rare to see my name on here! I would just like to say a big thankyou to everyone who helped get me and the team over to NZ on the weekend! Couldn’t be more appreciative for all the things that crossfit 4551 has allowed me to do! Was a great weekend of competing and we wouldn’t have been able to get there without everyone’s help! π
Nice one guys!!!! much respect to you all π
Well Done jFK nice words!

Would just like to thank everyone who had a hand in aiding myself and the team get over to nz for the Wellington cup!
Everyone who took part and donated to the rowathon, we wouldn’t have been able to get over without your help so a very big thanks to you all. A testament to the community we have at the 4551!
Feeling very appreciative to be a part of it all.
Thank you!
Well done Locky you did awesome I will always cherish the memories of rowing at the same time as you!!!!:) You made me keep going hard the full 24hrs!!:)

Wowwee your a machine girl!!!!
THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING CF4551 COMMUNITY
After another great weekend competing for the Green Machine and coming away with a win in the teamβs category, I would just like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone in our community that has made this win possible.
First and foremost, thankyou to all of the people who helped raise money to fund the trip to NZ. That row-a-thon was the toughest part of The Wellington Cup and Iβm extremely grateful that we were able to do it with such inspirational people around us.
Going away to this competition was a little bit different because I know personally I felt that we had to do well as a thankyou for the amazing support that our teams always receive. Although there were only 8 of us at the venue we always felt the cry of βCome Get Someβ every rep of the way, pushing us to squeeze out every last ounce of energy.
There are many people to thank but instead of going through a huge list of names I would just like to say a big thanks once again to anyone and everyone who has supported the team in any way, shape or form. The Green Machine Community is definitely one to be proud of and I am thankful to be a part of it. See you all in the gym in the coming weeks.
Congrats Justin and team you guys are amazing!!! Nice words:)
That Wod was fucked. I’m still dizzy. I don’t recommend the 1 on 14 off program.

Well done Stu who fertilised the garden for us this morning, a couple more nearly followed ya mate π
To the Wellington Cup winners, you guys are awesome. I love being a small part of a little unassuming box out in the fields that puts out some of thee best athletes this country has to offer. So proud.
