A REMINDER TO ALL OF OUR COMP SQUADDERS WE WILL HOLD THE SESSION AT 7PM TUESDAY NIGHT THIS WEEK DUE TO THE STATE OF ORIGIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!

5 Rounds for reps of:
1 minute of Rowing for calories
Rest 1 minute
1 minute of Box jumps, 24″ (20″)
Rest 1 minute
1 minute of Toes to bar
Rest 1 minute

-Combine reps for each exercise after all rounds for three totals e.g. Row 95cals/ BJ 150reps/ T2B 75reps.
