Congratulations on all of our 4551ers who participated in the 2015 CFGO. We hope we can have another record year of participants in 2016. Congratulations to Livdogs and Ryan who have been selected to try out with the Again Faster development team. They will attend a camp that will be hosted by two of Australia’s top athletes, Kara Webb and Rob Forte. A great opportunity and reward for their hard work and efforts to work with and train along side these champions and fellow teens who also aspire to be future Games contenders. Make sure you get around and give them a BIG high five when you see them. Well done guys :)

A REMINDER THAT THERE IS NO 7.30 AND 9.15AM SESSIONS THURSDAY, OTHER THAN THAT THE SHOW WILL GO ON PER USUAL.

A) 12mins to set 2-3 goals for the month of April.
They should be:
-Realistic to your ability.
-Be specific and pin point exactly what it is your trying to achieve.
-Achievable within the month of April.

*Bring them into the gym with you, if you are stumped for ideas maybe think of the CFGO and what it was that prevented you from going rxd. Generally they should be based around your weaknesses.

B) Five rounds for time of:
25 Double unders
5 Muscle-ups
