Monday beach fun

A) 18mins to find your 2RM:
Turkish get-up

-Two reps alternating each side.
-Use Barbell, kettlebell or dumbbells.

B) On an 8min clock:
Odd minutes: Alternating turkish get-ups, 24kg (16kg) kettlebell
Even minutes: Alternating russian swings, 24kg (16kg) kettlebell

-Use one kettlebell for WOD.
