B) With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute:
From 0:00-5:00 use 35kg (25kg)
From 5:00-10:00 use 42.5kg (30kg)
From 10:00-15:00 use 52.5kg (35kg)
From 15:00-20:00 use 60kg (42.5kg)
From 20:00-25:00 use 70kg (50kg)
Continue adding 10kg after these listed rounds every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.
