A reminder to get your name down to book in for Cliffo’s mobility session this Saturday @ 8am, either leave a comment on our private Facebook page, this post or the notice board in the gym to cement you spot. $5 per person, limited to 15 people, don’t miss out!!

A) Thruster
5-5-5

*Bar to be taken from the floor.

B) With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute:
From 0:00-5:00 use 35kg (25kg)
From 5:00-10:00 use 42.5kg (30kg)
From 10:00-15:00 use 52.5kg (35kg)
From 15:00-20:00 use 60kg (42.5kg)
From 20:00-25:00 use 70kg (50kg)

Continue adding 10kg after these listed rounds every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.

  2. Big shout out to Emma this morning. What a fantastic effort on her thrusters. Up to Round 20 at 50kg!!!!! What a machine! Was great to watch. You’re on fire girl!!!!!! 🙂
