Just getting back into training at holsworthy which is gonna be my home till December and I’ve been in the gym Monday Tuesday and tonight and man I’m sore! Lost strength and fitness but I knew that’d happen! Keen to get stuck in!
Go Latchy that’s awesome can’t imagine you have lost any fitness, don’t you just love that sore feeling for some of us it never goes away;)
