    Run 500m
    50 push-ups
    50 Squats
    run 400m
    40 Push-ups
    40 Squats
    run 300m
    30 push-ups
    30 Squats
    run 200m
    20 Push-ups
    20 Squats
    run 100m
    10 Push-ups
    10 Squats

    Time: 20:46
