-Reps do NOT have to be touch and go.

Then,

B) “Team Abbate”

For time:
Run 1.6km
21 Clean and jerk, 70kg (50kg)
Run 800m
21 Clean and jerk
Run 1.6km

-Both athletes cover the distance in the run.
-One bar, one load for each team.
-Accumulate C&J reps however you like.
-Reps do NOT have to be evenly distributed.
