Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans, 60kg (42.5kg)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats


Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.


Lindsey Smith 7 rounds + 1 Clean, 6 rounds + 3 Cleans , 6 rounds + 1 Clean, 6 rounds, 6 rounds + 1 Clean (95lbs). Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

  2. Work wod . Yesterday’s wod mod press for 5’s then hang power cleans for 3’s 65kg.

  3. I’m working sleepover shifts around my school shifts at the moment, so can’t get in. This morning I managed to squeeze in 4 rounds of a modified “The Chief” using a 15kg plate for strict press instead of the power cleans.
