100 Ring Dips

(Each time a set is broken, perform 300m sand bag run.)

Post time and sets taken to complete the required amount of reps.

  7. Lyndal and I not in tonight. Through my break at work today I did:
    10 rounds
    5 burpees
    10 push ups
    15 squats
    19.21 mins
    And Lyndal did a 3km run and 2km row.

  8. Crumbed sausages tonite, well that’s what I felt like covered in sand . So enjoyed every minute the wod tonite
