  6. Trained at Crossfit 42 South in Tassie this morning. The WOD was 30 muscle up for time but only one of the guys could do it. (8.30 ish). The rest of us did MU pro. It was a great session and Drummond did not charge 🙂

    Not done MU for a while so I am aching all over.
