In pairs complete the following for time:
60 Calorie row
50 Toes-to-bars
40 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
30 Cleans, 60kg (42.5kg)
20 Muscle-ups

*This WOD was an individual WOD consisting of AMRAP in 14mins in the CFGO competition last year. Test yourselves and see if you and your buddy can complete a round faster than the four times champ.
