Cldnt get in today so my own WOD was : 10 min warm up row followed by 20 min AMRAP: 10 reps : push ups, sit ups, 6kg dumbbell push press, 16″ box jumps . Managed 6 rounds . Need to improve on that ! Followed by 155 squats !

Hey Mel, I’ve already registered as an individual but I’m thinking I might prefer to be in a team, I’ll find out from them if I can switch unless someone else knows if that is possible. I’ve already paid them $50 so hopefully this can go towards team payment.

Hey Guys, we can sort it. The easiest way in terms of admin would be to have someone transfer into your registration Adam. This can be at any of the events in the series, not just Twmba. Then just add your name to the team and get the cash from the person transferring to your indo…..if you know what I mean…..let me know if you have any troubles…..but not here on this post. PM me on FB.
Maybe swap it with Latchy, he is doing the 2nd one and hasn’t paid yet!
