I did 8 rounds instead of 4, because I could only do 20sec hold handstand on wall. I felt bad after only doing 4 rounds when the rxd’s were still less than halfway through their workout. Awesome sight with the boys making their way across the floor – sometimes sideways! Great effort guys
Ha ha Zanki’s shoes stuck in the rower – what a sight that was. Mel – I’m with you on the rolling eyes – arrrrghhhhh!
Bummer that I still can’t do the double unders….I m gonna have to harden up and get the technique right quickly.
Mick – It would be good to see a video of Nick and Lyndal doing the 20M walk (Plus anyone else who can do most of it without falling)..I reckon Karen and the Prince will kill it 🙂

Loved the HS walk but too fatigued from last nights wod to do double unders. Good fun though, and cheers cliffy for all the mobility work during the 5 oclock session. Worth your weight in gold mate!!
