  10. Congratulations Sue on achieving your shot-term goal – and so quickly!!! You must really hate burpees ;) Well done. Look how far you’ve come and in such a short amount of time. And not just physically. I can see a confidence in you that you didn’t possess when you first started. It’s a credit to you in the consistency that you are showing in your training.
