Great to see this pregnant mumma to be training the house down of late :)

Each minute on the minute for 15mins complete the following,

On a continuous clock:
Minute 1-4-7-10-13: 15 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
Minute 2-5-8-11-14: 15 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
Minute 3-6-9-12-15: 15 Burpees

-If you can NOT complete the required 15reps in that minute, instead complete as many reps as you can for that minute.
-You MUST change stations each minute.
-Think unbroken reps when selecting loads for KBS & WBS.
