    I shall warn everyone first to remain seated with seat belts on at WOD time. I think they’ll go for it don’t you!

  3. Went to Crossfit Ryde this morning. We did:

    Thruster 2,2,2,2,2

    then

    3 rounds
    10 thrusters 40kg
    14 strict ring dips
    15 box jumps 24″
    7 handstand push ups

    After chrismas, boxing day and catching up with friends i wasnt feeling awsome haha. Looking forward to another wod there tomorrow!
