  1. 60 – 95kg back squats , 3.9km run , 2k row and the recovery doing this challenge is awesome. Just about to start a 12 hour night shift. Have a good one :)

  2. Worked from 120-130kg. Did a few sets at 130. Not confident with back and lifting alone in my garage. Finished with tabata Grasshoppers, push ups, sit ups, burpees.
