A) 20mins to work technique with:
-Pull-ups (Strict, kipping or butterfly)
-Kettlebells (Competition swings, cleans or snatches)
*Choose one out of each exercise that you need to work most.
B) Amrap in 7mins of:
10 Deadlifts, 110kg (75kg)
20 Push-ups
