DANIEL HAMILL (Coach)

Fitness background:
Dan spent many years playing club football. He also has 10+ years of CrossFit experience and multiple CrossFit competitions. Dan has completed a bunch of half marathons and trail running on the side. He has been coaching Crossfit for a few years now and enjoys helping people become better versions of themselves.

Lachie has over 4 years of Crossfit experience. He has a Rugby league background and has played for a few years now with the Caloundra Sharks.
