CROSSFIT 4551’S SERVICE FOR OUR MEMBERS!!
We are proud to provide our members with the most flexible timetable on the Sunshine Coast. All sessions on our timetable (excluding CF kids) are inclusive for our CF 4551 members. So, why should you choose us?? Not only do we provide the most experienced and qualified coaching team, but we have also been established since 2010, provide premium service and readily available session times for our members to train and unlike other gyms, there is no requirement to book your sessions ahead of time.

EXPRESS SESSIONS: MON-THURS @ 5.30PM-6.15pm!!
Are still with our “Daily WOD” structure. These sessions will still be coached although they wont be briefed. Members who attend these sessions, should show up prepared, organised, ready to warm-up and get straight into it. These sessions run for 45mins SHARP!

If you are new to the CF methodology you can still attend these sessions, although one of the other 5 daily sessions would be recommended until you are more familiar with the foundational movements, warm-ups and general skills.
