Perform one lift every 2mins:
A) Hang snatch
3-2-2-1-1-1
B) Hang clean
3-2-2- 1-1-1
There is NO additional rest between part A+B. Map numbers out before starting working sets.
*Goal: Try and increment load through ALL working sets.
