A REMINDER WE WILL ONLY BE RUNNING THE ONE SESSION AT 8AM ON FRIDAY DUE TO THE CALOUNDRA SHOW PUBLIC HOLIDAY. WE WILL BE OPEN SATURDAY FOR OUR USUAL TIMETABLE.

30 Strict press, 20kg barbell
Run 200m
20 Handstand push-ups
Run 400m
