B) 7x2min Rounds of:
20 Unbroken kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
Max reps, double unders

Rest precisely 2mins between rounds.

Rx’d+ = 32kg (24kg) kettlebell swings/ triple unders

Post sit-up option, load and double under reps completed for each round to comments.
