A REMINDER THAT TODAY’S 8AM SESSION IS BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE SESSION, THE 7AM IS OUR NORMAL DAILY WOD CLASS. 

 

In teams of 2 complete:

 

Complete 10 rounds for time of:
6 Bar Muscle Ups
6 Front Squats 70kg (50kg)

 

Then

 

Complete 10 rounds for time of:
7 Box Jumps 24″ (20″)
7 KB Swings 32kg (24kg)

 

One person completes one full round before tagging their partner to do the same. Continue in this fashion until all the 20 rounds are completed.
