  1. Fresh morning in wagga. Went for a run, ended up doing 3 rounds – run, 50 squats. The run was somewhere around 600-800m haha 🙂 happy Friday everyone!

  2. Did this at 30kg with muscle up progressions from the ground. I did 5 rounds of it. What a bitch it was!

    • That was 5 days of training this week! Proud of myself 😀 as it has been hard to be motivated!
