Ditto Boys!! Though I have a confession. The above quote was not from Rich Froning Jr. It was a quote by Smokin Joe Braund. I just figured it would hold more credit coming from Sir Rich. Still rings true though and I am super cooked!! 😉
It’s my two year anniversary today with Crossfit 4551. I really appreciated celebrating it with a rest day!! Considering my first ever WOD was Murph!!!
Congrats Megzy and a great milestone to achieve!! Your commitment to the box and your team mates are second to none and very valuable to the awesome community we have at CF 4551 🙂

Hey Megan Happy Anniversary 🙂 When youre new to something like crossfit you kinda assume that everyone else there who is rxd-ing every workout has always been that way and you forget that once upon a time they were the new kid too!! I hope that I can achieve even a tiny bit of the amazing girl power you possess YOU ROCK!! Thanks for all your help over my last 10 mths I know its been the 5.30am crew that have got me through so far 🙂
Thanks Lees, you’ve also come a long way since you started – we’ll have you doing unassisted pullups in no time 😉 Keep up the consistency and enthusiam and the results will follow 🙂

Huge thankyou to Nick last week on the skills days we worked on the wall ball progression and yesterday I got to put that in to practice with a bit more confidence and less unco!! Also Nick I had done a handstand ages ago like 4 months but had a stack lost my confidence and today coach Nick you got me upside down again and now I can do it on my own again so thankyou for your belief and expert advice!!!:) And that’s no Burpees for me!!!:) The End

Couldnt make it in today so i just did 15 mins mobilty and worked on my goal push ups by doing 5 rounds of 20 push ups and trying to keep it unbroken
