“The Seven”

In a team of 2 complete the following:

7 Rounds for time of:
7 Handstand Push-ups
7 Thrusters 60kg (42.5kg)
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Deadlifts 110kg (75kg)
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings 32kg (24kg)
7 Pull-ups

*In your team you will alternate each exercise e.g. athlete 1 does all reps of the HSPU, athlete 2 then does all reps of the Thruster, athlete 1 completes all K2E, athlete 2 does all deadlifts and so on. The start of each round will see athletes start on different stations if this sequence is maintained. Only one bar per team means pit stopping weights on and off the bar between Thrusters and Deadlifts. Find a buddy similar in strength/fitness to buddy up with and come finish the week of with some team fun 🙂

    More sleep required this weekend I thinks, As 3 hours sleep is not good for the temple doom and CrossFit combined. Rest recover mobilize everybody enjoy your weekend.
