Individually or in pairs complete:

Amrap in 24mins of the ascending ladder :
Sumo deadlift high pull 42.5kg (30kg)
Burpees onto plate
Run 150m

*One athlete works at one time, athlete one performs 2 SDHP, athlete 2 performs 2 Burpee onto plate and athlete 1 finishes the round with the 150m run. Continue the same rotation sequence for the entire WOD increasing the reps by 2 each round.
