1 minute of: Row (Calories)
1 minute of: Toes to bar
1 minute of: Dips (Bar or rings)
1 minute of: Sit-ups
1 minute of: Kettlebell swings 24kg (16kg)

Finisher:
400m Partner sled pull (band)

Post total reps for each station and time for sled shuttle to comments.
