Five rounds for time of:
20 Strict ring dips
14 Thrusters, 60kg (42.5kg)

There should be no bend of the leg or hip in the strict ring dip.

  2. That wod was great… My arms were dead by the end of it tho dips were a killer… Cheers wog for playing some good music this morning 😉

  3. Had some alarm issues this morning (as in I didn’t set one!) so I did this wod at the school gym with a 20kg plate and the handles of the treadmills for bars for dips. 24.34. I have an appointment with Tess this afternoon, so didn’t want to do the wod after that.
