Every minute on the minute for 14mins:

Odd minutes – Front Squats (You choose load and bar to be taken from the floor)

Even minutes – Burpees

 

then rest 1 minute

 

In five minutes perform:

1RM Squat Clean

 

Post load and individual reps for part A and 1RM load to comments.
