On the 3:00 for 5 Rounds:
50 Double unders
2 Power cleans
2 Front squat
2 Push jerk
Adjust bar load and rest in the remaining time left in each of the 3min windows, before starting the next.
Set 1: 55% of 1RM Clean and Jerk.
Set 2: 60% of 1RM Clean and Jerk.
Set 3: 65% of 1RM Clean and Jerk.
Set 4: 70% of 1RM Clean and Jerk.
Set 5: 75% of 1RM Clean and Jerk.
