In teams of 3-4 complete the following,

For time:
150 Sandbag squats
500m Sandbag run
150 Sandbag facing burpees
500m Sandbag run
150 Sandbag step-ups, 24″ (20″)
500m Sandbag run
150 Calorie bike
500m Sandbag run

Men: 25kg
Women: 15kg

-Only one athlete works at one time.
-One sandbag, box and bike per team.
-Accumulate reps however between team.
-All athletes must cover required distance.
