A) 16mins to find your 2RM:
Split jerk
-From the racks.
B) “Gwen”
15-12-9 reps for load of:
Clean and jerk
-One load for all sets/reps.
-Reps must be touch and go, no resetting and no dumping.
-If set is failed load is lowered and the WOD is restarted again.
-Rest as need between sets (finish within session cap).
