A) 18mins to find your 4RM:
Hang power cleans

-From the top of the knee.

B) In pairs complete the following,

6 rounds for time of:
10 Hang power cleans, 60kg (42.5kg)
10 Alternating barbell lunges, 60kg (42.5kg)

In this workout, the barbell can not be grounded after being taken from the deck, if it does the round will be restarted by the same athlete.

-Alternate rounds with partner.
-One bar, one load per team.
