10 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
1 Rope ascent, 15ft
10 Knees to elbow

-Complete a full round before alternating with your team mate.

    Four rounds for time:
    20 lunges
    10 knees to elbows-ground
    10 hr push ups
    Run around hotel (approx 300m)
