In pairs complete the following,

Amrap in 18mins of:
15 Push press, 60kg (42.5kg)
20 Deadlifts, 60kg (42.5kg)
25 Box jumps, 24″ (20″)
30 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)

-One bar one load, one ball and one box per team.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Break up reps as you like.
