Sorry I didn’t make it in last night or today, Nixon been a little out of sorts after his first needles, did another 5km run yesterday, 100 lunges and 50 push-ups, hope all went well this morn for Xavier’s fundraiser, have a great day all, hope to c yas in the morn, will do another wod at home today
