Amrap in 4mins:
Max reps, Wallball Shots 10kg (6kg)
Rest 2 mins then,
150 Box Jumps 24″ (20″)
50 Front Squats 90kg (60kg)
then,
Run 1km
then,
800m Farmers Carry 32kg (24kg)
(Each time you change over, stop or lower bells a 10 burpee penalty applies to each athlete.)
