Individually or in pairs complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 20mins:
200m Sandbag shuttle, 25kg (15kg)
5 Weighted pull-ups, 20kg (12.5kg)
10 Deficit push-ups, feet on – 16″ (12″) box

If working in pairs, alternate rounds with your partner.
