Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Weighted pull-ups, 15kg (10kg)
10 Push-ups with feet on 30″ (24″)
15 Squats holding a 20kg plate (10kg)
Post load, rounds and reps completed to comments.
Yesterday’s work wod. Hard cindy mod . 5 strict pull ups 10 push ups of a back of a plastic chair looked about 30″ 15 squats with 20 kg plate.10+15
1/2 a rep short of 8 full rounds @ RXD
Mine was rxd Cindy just didn’t put rxd as I didn’t do the hard Cindy but it was still bloody hard
Didn’t make it in today as I am working 7.45am-6pm. Did a mod version with burpees instead of pullups while my client was having a sleep. 9 rounds + 5 burpees.
9 rds + 5 +10+8. 15kg, push ups feet on chair. 20 kg squats .
